Philip Farrelly

Phil Farrelly is head of our restructuring and insolvency team and serves on Bermans board. Phil is a familiar face on the north west legal scene and has extensive experience of acting for insolvency practitioners.


Martin March

Martin is a Partner in Bermans insolvency and restructuring team and joined in 2020. He has a law degree and qualified as a solicitor in 1998.


James Whittaker

James has experience acting for and advising companies, individuals, directors, creditors and office-holders within insolvency proceedings in respect of both contentious and non-contentious assignments.


Christopher Brain

Christopher has experience with assisting in contentious and non-contentious matters, acting for individuals, companies and IP’s.


Nikhil Mehan

Nikhil joined Bermans in October 2022 as a paralegal in our Asset Based Lending team based in Manchester. He assists in asset finance and invoice finance work for a broad range of lenders.
