Andrew Koffman

Andrew joined Bermans in January 2017 as a Partner based in Manchester, becoming Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution in 2022. Amongst his specialises are property litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes and litigation for secured lenders.


Niki Pattison

Niki joined Bermans in 1989 and has over 25 years experience in debt recovery. She has an extensive knowledge of debt recovery and legal procedures managing her own uncontested caseload from concept to completion.


Rebecca Rhodes

Rebecca Rhodes joined Bermans in March 2023 and is a Paralegal in our Litigation and Recoveries teams based in Liverpool.
