Trainee Solicitor
Joseph joined Bermans in July 2021 and is a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate team.
The non-contentious work includes sales of businesses and assets for administrators and liquidators, advising office holders, lenders etc in relation to insolvency issues, and dealing with appointment formalities. The contentious work he is involved in includes bringing/defending claims against directors arising out of insolvencies.
He completed the LPC at The University of Law Chester and has previous experience working in Private Client and RTA Insurance before pursuing a career in Commercial Law.
