Alex has been at Bermans since 1994 following his law degree and qualification as a solicitor in 1988.
Alex specialises in the non-contentious aspects of invoice finance assisting his clients on security matters, drafting of bespoke documentation, reviewing contracts for quality of debt issues and assisting invoice financiers when they fund acquisitions and buy-outs.

Adrian Fryer qualified as a solicitor in 1997 following his degree in Law, and has specialised in employment law since then.
Adrian joined Bermans as a partner in 2013 and was appointed as head of employment in 2018.
He has a particular interest and experience in TUPE, collective consultation issues and trade union recognition.
