Emma joined Bermans as a Commercial Property & Finance Paralegal in March 2025.
Emma assists with a wide range of Commercial Property transactions, specialising in Property Finance and Redemptions.
Emma’s main clients include lending institutions, banks, bridging loan companies and property developers.
Additionally, Emma has detailed knowledge of procurement procedures, and how global supply chains operate during international emergencies, and in turn, how this affects the acquisition of property.
Emma prides herself on her client care skills, and aims to provide a friendly, diligent, and professional service to clients throughout each property transaction.
Emma obtained a First Class Law degree in 2023, and is currently in her final year of completing the Legal Practice Course with an integrated Masters of Law at Liverpool John Moores University.
Emma previously worked at Jackson Lees Group as Lead Paralegal on Module 5 (Procurement) on the Covid Inquiry.
The Covid Inquiry holds special significance for Emma, as she is passionate about ensuring access to justice. Emma is incredibly proud of the work and support her team have provided to the families of the Covid bereaved, and she hopes that the outcome of this Inquiry highlights the need for transparency and governmental reform for the future.
Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with friends and family; going to concerts, live theatre and orchestral performances; and travelling to new destinations.
