Costs

Once we have assessed the information in the questionnaire below, we will send you an email to let you know whether you have a case that we can assist with. This will usually be within a few hours of you submitting the information to us.

If we believe that you do have a case, we will set up a free 30-minute call with you to take some further details.

After that, we will arrange a consultation with one of our solicitors who will review your documentation and advise you on the next steps to take in relation to your case. This might involve sending a solicitor’s letter to your employer, for example, or lodging your claim with ACAS. The fees for this initial consultation will range between £500 to £850 plus VAT, depending on how much documentation is involved.

If negotiations with your employer have not been successful and you need to issue an Employment Tribunal claim, we will look to represent you on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis wherever possible. This is subject to you having good prospects of winning your case and receiving a reasonable level of compensation from your employer.

If we are unable to offer ‘no win, no fee’ representation, we will advise you of the other options available to fund your case.
